The Refresher Class
5-Hour In-Person Intensive | For Certified Lash Artists
You already know how to lash — this class is about refining how you lash.
The Refresher Class is a hands-on, 5-hour intensive designed for certified lash artists who feel like their technique needs a reset. Whether you're struggling with slow application times, inconsistent retention, messy isolation, stickies, fan control, or simply feel like you've picked up habits that are holding you back, we'll break down your technique and identify where improvements can be made.
Rather than starting from the basics, this class focuses on the small technical adjustments that can make a major difference in the speed, consistency, fullness and quality of your sets.
What We'll Work On
Clean Isolation & Stickies
Learn how to create cleaner working sections, prevent lashes from criss-crossing into your workspace and reduce stickies before they happen. Less time stopping to fix problems means a smoother, more efficient application.
Sections & Layers
Learn how to work strategically throughout the lash line using sections and layers. We'll cover working inner or outer corners first, the tape-back method, isolating with tape, lashing in layers and working side-by-side according to your mapping.
Speed & Efficiency
Being faster isn't about rushing. We'll look at the habits that may be adding unnecessary time to your appointments and work on creating a more intentional application process.
Fan Control & Density
Improve your control over fan width and learn how to create balanced fans that give your sets density and fullness — even when your client doesn't have a naturally full lash line. We'll also compare working with .07 vs .05 and how each can affect your application.
Tweezer Control & Pressure
Fine-tune how you pick up, press and manipulate your lashes. Small adjustments in tweezer pressure and hand control can make fanning easier, more consistent and less frustrating.
Retention & Application Troubleshooting
We'll look deeper than simply blaming the adhesive. You'll learn how placement, attachment, isolation, adhesive amount, direction and your application habits can affect retention.
This Class Is Perfect For You If:
- You're already certified but feel like your technique could be stronger.
- Your sets are still taking longer than you'd like.
- You're constantly stopping to fix stickies or reorganize the lash line.
- Your retention is inconsistent and you're not sure why.
- You struggle to create the fullness or density you want.
- You want more control over your fans and application.
- You've been lashing for a while and feel like you've developed habits you need help identifying.
- You want hands-on guidance instead of trying to troubleshoot everything on your own.
This Isn't Beginner Training
This class is designed for artists who already understand lash fundamentals and want to refine, troubleshoot and elevate their existing skills.
You'll receive personalized feedback based on your technique, your current struggles and the areas that are slowing you down.
The goal isn't to completely change the way you lash. It's to identify the small habits that are costing you time, affecting your retention or making your sets harder than they need to be — and replace them with techniques that give you more control.
Leave with cleaner technique, stronger application habits, better troubleshooting skills and a more efficient way of working behind the lash bed.
