Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may receive a shortened appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may lose their deposit.
Children Policy
Children are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving the service.
Guest Policy
Guests are not permitted during appointments or training unless approved in advance.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, completed services are non-refundable.
If concerns arise regarding a service, clients must contact the business within 48 hours of the appointment.

Training Registration
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the training total is required to secure a training seat.

Training deposits are non-refundable.
Training cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled training date may be eligible for a transfer to a future training date at the discretion of Alivia London Academy.
Training cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the training date may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Certification Requirements
Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all training requirements, practical evaluations, attendance requirements, and competency standards established by Alivia London Academy.
The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if these standards are not met.
Models
Students are responsible for providing their own models unless otherwise stated.
Failure to secure a model may impact the student's practical training experience.
Phones During Training
Mobile devices must remain on silent during training sessions.
Photography & Marketing Release
Photos and videos may be taken during services, training programs, workshops, and educational events.
These images and recordings may be used for:

Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must provide written notice before their appointment or training session.
Digital Products & Online Courses
